This is for the Bristol, CT location. I had a good experience overall. I bought the car online and they did a good job managing the process, offering additional photos, information, and transportation. My main sales rep was Brian Reid and I thought he was a straight shooter and nice guy. I felt like he did a really ood job advocating for me when I had some issues with the process. It took a really long time to close the deal and arrange for transport.

Hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Book, the general manager, is incredible—he made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and checked in throughout the process to make sure I was being taken care of. You can tell this dealership operates with integrity and pride. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Golf GTI for my son. Our Salesman, Hokie was helpful, informative and not pushy at all. I financed with their Business Manager, Book. Book got me a great rate and the terms that fit my budget. Our daughter will need a car next year and I’ll be coming back.

Bought BMW M3 remotely from New Millennium. Ernie the manager told me all about car and was very knowledgeable. Dalian my sales rep took over and made the process as smooth as possible. She relieved any concerns I had buying without seeing it in person, sent pictures, videos, and answered questions until I was happy. They shipped it in an enclosed truck, quickly. Would buy from again!

Book took care of my questions with patience, I was pre qualified before I came in and he had all the paperwork ready to go. Process literally took 20 minutes from start to finish. Very nice staff and I love my “new” used car. Great customer service def would recommend!

Easiest and best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Book and Hokie were very nice and straightforward. Test drove and traded our car in and the process took less than 2 hours. We highly recommend checking them out!
